How long does it take for finance to be approved?
Once StreetLenders™ receives all your information, you will normally be advised within the hour, during business hours. After hours we'll get back to you as quickly as we can. Business hours are from 8 am to 6 pm Perth time week days. The wesbite is monitored after hours, but response times are a little longer.

What if I can't make a payment when it's due?
If at any time you feel you can't meet any of the conditions of your agreement, you should contact us immediately. We are always willing to co-operate in finding a solution to any problems, and especially to avoid incurring unnecessary costs, and the risk of damage to your credit standing.

How soon can I get the money?
If your bank account is with one of the major banks and documents are completed before 2pm EST then you'll usually get the money on the same day. We always tell you at the time.

If we need to send the money to you by EFT, the time taken for banks to process a transfer of funds will vary, depending on the bank. If your bank is one of the major banks , you should expect to see your funds by the following day.
( Other financial institutions may take longer, but usually not more than 48 hours).

How much does it cost?
There are no set-up or application fees. Cash advance fees are calculated at the rate of $11 per $100 per week or part thereof. The minimum fee is $20. Early repayment is accepted, with fees for uncompleted weeks being rebated.

How much money can I get?
Short-term unsecured finance is generally available for amounts between $100 and $1,000. New customers are limited to $500 or less, with the actual approved amount based on individual circumstances, including income, any other commitments and your recent loans history. Limits for established customers are continuously reviewed.

I have a poor credit rating. Can I still qualify?
If you meet the basic requirements and complete your application fully and truthfully, blemishes from the past will not necessarily disqualify you.

How do I make payment?
Payment is made by a direct debit authority authorised by you on the bank account which receives your wage or salary credits. You must keep enough funds in the account to meet the payment on the due date.

What are your office hours?
Our office hours are 8.00am to 6:00pm (Perth time) weekdays. We can ususally get back to within an hour during those times. The website is also monitored after hours, however please expect response times to be a little longer..

Why hasn't my application been approved?
There are many reasons why a loan may not be approved, and our staff are unable to give specific reasons for this.
Our lending criteria are based on a large range of factors, some relating to you as applicant, and some simply reflecting our commercial objectives.

Is my application confidential?
The details you give us are absolutely confidential and secure, and in accordance with our privacy policy will not be released to anyone else without your consent. To accurately assess your eligibility for finance we may need to contact third parties (such as your employer) with your consent.
